I am still in awe of the natural process of pregnancy and labour never ceases to amaze me. I have a deep understanding of the natural physiological process of birth, and with a long standing practice of meditation, pranayama (breath work) and yoga, I can help provide a safe space to support you through a birth without unnecessary medical intervention.
If you do need further medical help, I can reassure you that I have had the immense privilege of delivering hundreds of babies over the last 10 years. As a result I am highly skilled at managing antenatal complications such as diabetes and high blood pressure as well difficult labours that require a careful vacuum, forceps or caesarean section whilst minimising pain and further complications to you or your little baby.
It is important to me that we prioritise your wellbeing and choice and minimise any form of birth trauma.
